I don't imagine a billion dollars worth of Imperial Currency would be worth the plastic it's printed on in the wilds, they do make sparkly ear rings and sewn together you can make a nice water proof slicker out of the bills. Even in the Regency I imagine Imperial credits have been replaced with Regency credits just to prevent something like that happening.
