Okay I will in crease thrust fuel. I did it for 10 hours at max.

I put some minimal specs into Antti's spreadsheet, and it says a TL15 2k ton
ship, with J4, 6g HEPLAR, 60 G-turns, 89 crew with staterooms & life support, 20
laser turrets & 5 MFDs but no comms, sensors, vehicles.etc.) has 8574 m3 left
over, so I guess your design has 20G-turns of fuel (1 G-turn = 2 hours) which is
nowhere near enough.
I'd want at least 60 G-turns for a ship that has to deal with combat.
