With reaction drives always going to need large volumes of space
for reaction mass, if nothing else. IIRC CT power plants were
much more hungry so not as big of a disparity IIRC

It always stuck in my craw that such large volumes of space had
to be dedicated to raw/inefficient/vulnerable fuel storage.
Sure, ship design would be changed radically, but I always wanted
to build a Super Star Destroyer like "dreadnought".
