Hogwash and BS to your self recriminations, which are aging BTW, and need
some maintenance and better humor to stay sufficient to the task. (humorous
sarcasm here)
None here see you as public 'enema' number one, We all hold your input as
rewarding in it's own right. Few have had the privilege of holding the
honored (hot)seat that you have had. (though it seems less honored in the
retelling it seems)

Now back on topic!

It is simply a matter of perspective; for me, math has always been a
challenge, where as, putting things 'in the ballpark' through intelligent
guesstimating is second nature. thus my comment about handwavium.
