Thanks. Since I was going to kill him I had to do him the courtesy of
humanizing him. He was a guy whose heart started out in the right place
and then went way off the reservation the further he painted himself into
a corner.
I was always told that MT was written by Gary Thomas and Joe Fugate, i.e.,
the founders of DGP. I think it was just the two of them back at the
beginning, they added more Volken later.
