Upon further review someone took your Victrix and adapted it to T20. That wasn't apparent from the original post. Indeed...

The same is true of many other, but not all TNE sourcebooks. Thus we have the consolidated TNE errata, available via PDF. It is however, worth comparing to the consolidated MegaTraveller errata, which is a file that is 3x the size, and noting that the MT errata contains significantly more corrections than the TNE errata, which contains significantly more additions that were not technically anything wrong with the game just improvements.
