Okay, I am in the process of tweaking the Balaam (my new era Hector-Class ship) and have made some adjustments to the sensor turret. I thought that, perhaps it might be useful to others to have the stats for such a salvaged sensor turret to use in their own settings, so here they are:

(The following is added to a ship's normal stats)

Computer: 1xTL12 Mod Flt. Computer (0.04 MW)
Commo: 1xTL12 1000 AU Maser Comm (0.6 MW), 1xTL12 150,000 km Radio (5 MW)
Sensors: 1xTL12 120,000km PEMS (0.15 MW), 1xTL12 300,000km AEMS (27.5 MW), 1xTL12 Desitometer (1 MW)
Controls: 2xTL12 Standard Workstations

Damage Tables:

Surface hits are based on the percentage of the surface area of the ship this turret is installed on and can not be calculated here. See the notes section for a breakdown of surface area if you wish to detail out what antenna gets hit on your ship.

Notes
All systems fit in a standard 3 DT turret (cost of which is not included here).

3.528 m3 are available for internal armour (not included here).

The flt computer (and TL 12 dynamic linked controls) only allows operation of the electronics, it does not use its computer control modifier in any step in the ship design process.

The two standard workstations may be replaced with a single bridge workstation if the parent ship requires an official bridge. Just subtract 0.2 kg and MCr 0.0015 from these figures. Additional TL 12 workstations may be installed on a ship to link to this turret, but their use of the electronics in this turret is exclusive to their use of other installed electronics if of a different TL (i.e. they can't both use the turret and sensors elsewhere on the ship at the same time, but they may alternate between them).

Surface area required by this turret (192 m2, which includes the 10 m2 for the turret) is far greater then the area the turret itself uses. Sufficient area must be available on the parent ship's hull in order to install this turret. Surface area breaks down as follows: PEMS antenna: 30, AEMS antenna: 11, Maser comm: 1, Radio: 50, Densitometer: 100.

I know that the Foxbat Pathfinder (RCEG) also requires additional surface area for its turret sensor package, but I assume that's because the ship must be capable of manouver, as it will be used in a combat zone. For your package you might be able to dispense with this and limit the use of the sensors (or some sensors) to when the ship is not accelerating.

That is rather small for the maser antenna ... thinking of the overall range & message quality ... the antenna size and design plays a role in how directional the signal is, passive gain given to tx and rx signals, and number of signals that can be simultaineously transmitted (this being less of a consideration as we're dealing with a ship and not a communications satellite) hmmmm also related to the last would be the amount of data that can be effectively transmitted but again less of a consideration due to this being a single ship (and not a dedicated communications, command, control, intelligence vessel)
 
PEMS might include a "tail" in the manner of submarines deploying this expensive rig takes time, precludes frantic manuevering, but can be very effective.  retracting again takes time, but once accomplished allows for said manuevers.  When deployed vector changes would affect the tail's effectiveness for a time until it was stabilized ... such a system might be restricted to military & certain scientific vessels and not be that common.  Effectiveness of the system would be increased however due in part to its seperation from the noise of the ship itself and also because of this the gain achieved by either a longer 'antenna' or the effect of having 2 antenna's (hull & tail) with a seperation built into them (consider the radio telescope arrays)
