That was where in the problem leapt to mind without tons of time and large amounts of resources forensic auditing would be nearly impossible.
Our problems not nearly so complicated but without every crew members personal card there'd be no way of knowing if someone had received a lump sum payoff and it'd be even worse if the payoff was a paper bag full of cash.
