Several answers to that question.

1. None published on a large scale by my time there.
2. The way you would work it out is pull down all of the pop, tech, and
starport levels from all of the UWPs and run it through one of Frank's
mathemagickal military size formulae, and that would give you total
displacement tons.
3. I scaled my assumptions from Fifth Frontier War.
4. MJG put out a MgT book, "Sector Fleet" which details the composition of
the Spinward Marches fleets. I'm not sure what he came up with, how he
derived it, or whatever, but if it is of the same order of magnitude as
5FW, I would go with it.
