It got rolled into the T2K2 "House Rules" combat system which used a 2m
grid, so ideally deck plans would be in 2m to work seamlessly with that.
No reason you can't lay a 2m grid over top of 1.5m grid starship deckplans
(if you had a clear sheet with a 2m grid on it), but obviously having the
grid already there would help.

Star Trek and how the ensign never returns, and issue 4 was a remake of
the Han Solo/Obi One kanobi scene is Star Wars.

Don't worry about people getting humor. The point is to make the effort.
As the MST3K guys said, "the people who are supposed to get it will get
it."

friend in the US sent me a scan of the Reavers' Deep Sector Sourcebook
by Paul Sanders, which is the one I think you are talking about. There
is apparently and interesting story of what happened between the Keith
Brothers and Paul over the publishing of their material, but I have only
been able to gather whispers of it.

contain a lot of the Keith Brothers' work) and stuff I've gathered from
the Internet. I try to acknowledge any work where I can, but some times
the web sites don't have authors and the emails on them bounce. A part
from Paul there are several other authors I would like to contact to
talk about their Reavers' Deep work. Perhaps I should do a shout-out on
some of these lists and see what response I get?

I think that's a good idea, especially when you're dealing with work
that's already a compilation or inadequately cited.

I didn't have the time to pay much attention to Traveller fan material,
and there was at least one case where one of the fan publishers wasn't
exactly playing straight with licensing rules which led me to hold a lot
of that at arm's length.
