This puts it somewhere between the peak velocities listed in FFS for TL8 and
TL11 mass driver warheads. Of course these will also use a lot more power
than a standard missile launcher but the impacts if you are hit will be
quite good.

Assuming rest for both parties, and 26Gs for 32 seconds means the missile
has a final velocity of 4076.8 m/s.
Assuming 1 ton mass, that gives it a final energy of 8.31 GigaJoules, or
about two tons of TNT per ton of final missile mass (so if the 7 ton missile
burned 5 tons of fuel, that means it only masses 2 tons at the end, for a
total of 4 tons TNT equivalent).
