If you're just doing it for personal use to play the game, as opposed to
trying to sell them to infringe on Marc's intellectual property rights, I
don't see the harm. The fact that you are asking the question is good, as
it shows you are trying to do it the right way. However, I am not a
lawyer.

You mean like cardboard fold-ups? You could do that on a personal printer
or photocopier. Just don't go into business selling them.
