I can't disagree with that.

I also remember how some got angry some got when we were
unimaginable amounts of Fun designing absolutely silly things with FF&S.
Pedal powered spinal mounts, pelvis mount plasma guns, orbit capable pogo
stick etc. etc... The grumping on the xBoat list when they heard was
sometimes amusing. But looking back a lot of that may have been how dare we
sully that shining Imperium and Traveller with low comedy. There is the
whole "other" Traveller Imperium made up of silly characters and
creations.... All powered by TNE.
