I wouldn't use the word "pushed," because that makes it sound more
manipulative than it is.

What happens is you just have ideas about the way a line could go, and
that was definitely the way Frank's ideas were running at that point.
However, the plastic Clippers and boardgame would have been more like a
strategic expansion in space game, more along the lines of Axis and
Allies. And as I said in another post, a lot of that possible future got
reinvested in the effort required by DJ. We never made a decision to NOT
do the SV boardgame, it just faded away over time. Minion Hunter was the
first game made to use those hard boards, SV could have been another, but
other things happened, money got tighter, and plastic injection molding
was just no longer an option, which took the fun out of an Axis and Allies
style game.
