Yeah, they were starting to do that back when I was still in the biz. My
campaign groups and I made paper Traveller deckplans like crazy, and I
would use maps from other wargames or printouts from Sim City, but I
always held off on getting too far into miniatures, because once I
started, it would have been hard to stop. Some things, you've "got to nip
'em in the bud, Andy."
When I was at GDW, Frank was the big miniatures guy, but mostly stuff that
could do multiple duty for Command Decision, Napoleonics, ACW, Striker II,
etc.
