TNE is the RPG that coiled itself around my brainstem and never let go as
well. :-)
FF&S was definitely a big deal. We were very proud of it, but we did do a
typical GDW thing with it, in trying to put in design elements for SO many
disparate things that some errata crept in, and they couldn't all be dealt
with to the same level of detail. All we left out was wet navies and
choo-choo trains. Those got into World Tamers, but it wasn't really
satisfactory as it didn't get into tractive effort, etc. The number of
driver wheels was purely aesthetic.
While in terms of raw amount of errata FF&S may have been high, in terms
of percentage of errata compared to how much stuff we tried to do in there,
I think it wasn't too bad.
