I read this also however since fuel consumption is the resource used for
Jumping not Electricity I am looking for a MW = how much cubic meter of
fuel at a given tech level thing.
Also I think the HPGm is rated in Mj not MW which seem to not
be interchangeable unless we have a ratio for Mj <-> MW some where?
