Yes, it is. It's been around since CT and I find it to be lame. I don't
know if GDW just got lazy or what the deal is, but I think it's pretty
sad that they cannibalized a Type S Scout Ship to pull it off. The write
up in Supplement 7 is such a kluge that I can't see any self-respecting
corporation using it to accomplish anything. Maxing out the ore bays
gives you a 20 ton capacity, but only if you're willing to sacrifice
fuel tankage and therefore jump range. If you add dismountable tanks,
you can get your jump 2 back but doing so technically violates the
design rules as the ship's displacement goes from 100 to 120 tons.

That's why I started this contest. I wanted to see what people who put
time and effort into a design with purpose could come up with. :)
