I prefer tractors to repulsors. Neither got very good rules in TNE. However, the problem with repulsors is that it just a hair shy of being a reactionless thruster.
And There has never been any official errata that adresses the mix-up.

Tractors are TL16 which was at the cutting edge of pre-collapse Imp tech.
The table in the FFS book is wrong and got the TL levels for repulsors and tractors mixed up.

I would use tractors to "suck" in asteroid debri after a¨'roid has been broken up by various means (laser, explosives)

Stats for some of these like the ore processor, scoops etc would need to be brought in from another system. I don't remember anything in TNE that would cover these. If Gurps has them they will need to be converted to metric of course.
A big linear accelerator could be done I suppose by fiddling with the mass driver rules to design a high capacity lower velocity system.
Perhaps the Bussard hydrogen ram scoop construction sequence could be used for an ore scoop, at least for metallic asteroids. Don't know what it would do for power requirements though, a smaller funnel but a greater mass to be shifted?

I would guess some of the following
1) ore processing plant
2) Linear accelerator or similar
3) long duration quarters
4) full hnagers for small craft
5) sickbays
6) scoops and processors
7) zero g design
basically anything that gives long duration
