Due to the quote from the Imperial Encyclopedia ref section on Dulinor
acting perfectly appropriate to his right as an archduke and failure of
Moot to confirm Right of Assassination in Civil Wars, always had a bit of
sympathy to his pov, residual as Dave humanized his parallel quote to
Norris in Survival Margin. Who wrote the ref section of the IE? Fugate or
someone else at DGP?

This was also as a guy new to Traveller with TNE and having no vested
interested except as setting historical trivia, though.
