That's ok, most of my experience is with Maritime shipping and Ships gear.
The strong backs in the foundry I once worked in where only about a meter
tall and they routinely dealt with 50 ton ingots. But they didn't have the
gear to deal with containers...

Which isn't being transshipped overseas as of a couple of years ago. 90% of
the trade is in 40 foot boxes.

But we arguing details here, If a ship needs gear to service its market it
will have it. What I am pointing out a lot of the PC scale ships probably
won't be doing that much in the way of container traffic. The Freetrader is
the interstellar equivalent of modern day trade Dhows in the Indian Ocean
Trade.
