Steward, I had forgotten that one. When I wrote about Admin I was thinking
there had to have been a skill that was a little more hands-on, but I was
also thinking about the way the guy in charge of trading had to remember
where it all was and how to get it from there to here.
Apropos of not much, I don't think the loading cargo hold to 100% requires
any handwavium, it's just an abstraction. But just to keep the handwavium
muscle in practice, one could imagine that a "ton of cargo" is actually
some percentage less than 14 m3, allowing its fair share of the cargo
hold's requirement for "aisles between the crates" and "forklift access."
