Well, there was that one time at GENCON when I managed to stop a RCES raid on a world using an old SDB.  In theory I was hopelessly outclassed.  But then I released the "hounds" in the form of a wave of missiles at them.  By the time the smoke cleared the SDB crew mostly sacrificed their lives for their TED, but the RCES forces had taken some pretty bad damage.
