I agree it was an issue I was pointing out to a group I game with. However if you look at the above and below water structures of a modern cruise ship they're ridiculously top heavy too.
My thing is what the hell are they using for lift because there's not nearly enough airbag to support that much mass. I'm running a space 1889 game, perhaps Dassault had a Liftwood supply they're not talking about.
