This thread explains why I like superhero RPGs so much.
In a superhero game, when the PCs meet the ghost of Benedict Arnold leading an army of gorillas riding pterodactyls, they tend to go "Cool!", rather than "That39;s really stupid!"
Naturally, boring people play superhero games too...
