Here is a sample J2 map centered on Aramanx (Spinward Marches/3005):

Basically, the former shows you what worlds you can reach from the origin world with a Jump-2 drive. The latter shows you the same, but for a Jump-6 drive.


(Other style options you can try are "poster", "print", and "candy".

I see the same map both times with nothing but the xboat routes.
