Thread: Silent Death (was Re: RAFM)

7 posts.

Also at http://www.metal-express.net/
the store just went live today.

I'm assuming that RAFM is still doing their casting, so this means the minis should continue to be readily available.

Still doesn't get us the Traveller-specific stuff, but it is progress.

Just got a bunch of minis in the post today from RAFM - the darrian cruiser, 6 cuspid gundboats and 3 aslan quaratine cutters - no problems you just had to use the codes below to find the items to add to your basket

Thanks, Richard, good tip. I also ordered a pack of 652 "Equalizers" (3)
to see what they are.

By the way, speaking of the "Trekhyair" Aslan quarantine cutters, I
believe that should actually be, "Trekhyalr." That is an error that I
believe I committed in misreading the small "l" in the existing Aslan word
for a small "i" and typing it in that way, and it has been perpetuated
since then. I don't recall where the word came from or what it is supposed
to mean, I just remember coming across the word later and thinking, "crap,
did I think that was an 'i'?"

Would love to see some painted pictures, in time.

So would I! Ha-ha.

It's been years since I've painted a mini. But if I buy them, at least I
might have the chance to paint them someday!

Trekhyalr means Land Protector and I think it was in one of the Challenge magazines.
