See my question on the new Fusion Exhaust Radioactive or not thread. And the HEPlar system made emminent sense to the problem. Especially since everyone's still trying to hold on to some form of the current physics instead of applying total hand-wavium ala Star Trek and Star Wars.
But let's see what else pops up in response to the question ... it may get a few worthwhile thoughts.
