Harpoon was put out by GDW when I was there. I was the in-house line
manager for it. After GDW folded, Larry Bond took it over to Clash, and I
think there's a computer game now as well.

There is, but it hasn't been updated for a while. The Admiralty team is currently planning a fifth edition to simplify and harmonize a lot of the rules, but no clear timeline yet on when that's going to happen. Best estimate right now is "When it's done".

Current computer version is put out by Matrix Games, I believe.
