Can you give us non-Mongoose readers a hint as to where we might find these designs? And were you thinking about doing them with FF&S? I'm fairly good with large ships and I wouldn't mind taking a stab at it.

Sector Fleet. They also have an interesting Ship that gathers space
junk,compresses it and shoots it via mass driver as a bombardment ship during
invasions.
YEah I was thinking of doing it not only via FF&S but also GURPS.

Here's another question on the Tarawa. Are you looking for a port over with FF&S1, or a rebuild so it works with TNE?
The reason I ask is that most other Traveller versions (including Mongoose) assume reactionless thrusters. That means I can usually only convert ships over on an "inspired by" basis, since other editions' ships just aren't built to carry substantial amounts of reaction mass. They usually come in overweight, less capable, short-legged, or (hopefully) a harmonious combination of the three. What were you thinking of?
None of them designed . Just the descriptions of them in the book. I am working
on the Hucalre right now . Tarawa next.

How does it gather the space junk?
I have heard that the Sector Fleet book is very good though, and an adaption of Martin's Grand Fleet, so I'll probably be getting it soon.

It has three sub craft that go thru the system and gather it up. I thought it
sounded stupid as well.
The Tarawa I think would be interesting to design. Only problem I have is they
say it carries a Marine Brigade. If you reduce it to a regiment then it would
work designing it under FF&S

Well...how big are Marine brigades? RCMC brigades are really more like regiments, three battalions and change, which makes the Polyphemus class possible to do. Do we know how big Imperial Marine brigades were?

If you're sticking with Traveller canon - there are no "Marine brigades" in the Imperial forces. Marines come in Regiments in all canon sources e.g. SMC, FFW, Invasion Earth, JTAS article on Marines, Striker-II, etc.
