Absolutely. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't regeneration already in
the rules for TL-13 or so?

Unfortunately, the link no longer works. Working out here in the Oort
Cloud on mining vessel prototypes, light just isn't fast enough for
communication. ; )

(HealthDay News) -- A nano-engineered gel that inhibits the formation of
scar tissue at the site of a spinal injury and enables severed spinal
cord fibers to regenerate has been developed by researchers at
Northwestern University in Chicago.
They noted that nerve fibers do have the ability to regrow after a
spinal injury, but they're blocked by scar tissue that develops around
