There appear to have been two such articles. I don't know the issue
numbers, as I just have the page printouts from the Dragon Magazine
Archive. However, the header information is as follows:
"Make Your Own Aliens", Vol. VI, No. 1, July 1981
"Anything But Human", Vol. VI, No. 8, February 1982
Sam is probably thinking of the first one, as it was one article of
several Traveller articles in that issue. They are definitely way
before #100, much less #170.

There is no link. The printouts I got were from the Dragon Magazine
CD collection that collected a whole load (250?)of Dragon Magazines
as scanned PDFs. From what I understand, the CD collection was
eventually withdrawn due to copyright issues.
So, I can't help you on that regard, I was just hoping that the volume
information would let you identify which issue(s) you were looking for
so you could get them from Leonard or somewhere else.
