I have a TNE Upgrade Booklet, which upgrades the core rulebook from first printing to second (Mk I, Mod 1). I have an article from Challenge which upgrades FF&S from first printing to second (Mark I, Mod 1).
Where is the detail to upgrade Brilliant Lances first printing to second?

Far as I can remember, there was never any errata for Brilliant
Lances.
