Yeah, that's accurate.

I recall one time on the TML during the T4 era when Guatney was arguing
in favor of Earth being TL-14 in Year Zero of the 3rd Imp (or something
like that). Everyone said he was bonkers. It was one of those rare times
when the factions banded together against a common foe.

Yep, it was all about Leroy's behavior, and less about what he had to say
that got him in trouble with the TML.
