Oh, and I forgot...these times are for getting *to* orbit...not coming from orbit.  They do work for coming from orbit if you are using a streamlined hull configuration.  If, however, you are using an airframe configuration you can air-brake on your way down to a speed of, I don't know...say 6,000 km/h, and then de-accelerate from there.  Using the formulas in the time to orbit calculator should make this a realitively simple matter to calculate.
 
(If anyone wants me to give formulas then I will...Ive spent the last little while immersed in them and have no idea what most people on this list know or don't know.)
