Well not really is is more about complying with our treaty obligations, as
Turkey allows a limited amount of Foreign Military ship tonnage into the
Black Sea, and for that matter Turkey and other key allies are right there
in the region, why put a CAG a risk? I would think and a Amphibious unit or
special operations unit would be more likely.
