Depends on what you mean by "hard data." The 1248 book was Martin
Dougherty's version, not TNE's version. Also, I have not read the 1248
book, so I can't tell you what the differences are. The "hard data" was
never published in TNE, and Dougherty did not base his 1248 books on any
TNE information other than what had been published + his
speculation/decisions.
