I've often said that the problem with explaining wacky UWPs is that you end up with a universe full of exceptions, rather than worlds that actually fit the rules. I've redone the worldgen (it may see the light of day sometime...) so that it doesn't result in crazy UWPs - there are still interesting ones, but they're interesting in a way that actually makes sense.
