Hi Dave! Hyphen here. I read the CotI site almost every day when I travel to work. Obviously I have nothing better to do.
Actually, tell a lie, I'm re-reading the _Power Projection_ rules. Our Brisbane group has just finished a "Death Station" scenario run by Trav_TNE's own "Duke Craig", and the next GM in line is going to run PP. Apparently we're going to have a few characters each, fight a starship battle, and whoever's left standing somehow continue on from there.
Shades of ST: Voyager, Ep 1, I'm thinking. ;-)
Anyway, it means I'll FINALLY be able to break out the beautiful felt starfield battlemap I purchased years ago from a guy in Canada, and maybe my Ad Astra AHL mini might finally be used in anger...
I'm also still a subscriber to the TML, although I usually just skim over the table of contents. Obviously I'm a Trav junkie.
Finally, I do not know if you received word, but there was some sad news over on the CotI boards. Marc (Avery) let us know that Hunter Gordon, who started the board and was the driving force behind T20, passed away from cancer. He had been fighting it for a number of years.
