Just checking regarding the pre-collapse states found in this sector.
I have assumed that the states named Woal Warliyir and Aoiftu Roakh were non
Hierate Aslan states but was never able to confirm this. I made the Woal
Warliyir effectively a Hierate client state and the Aoiftu Roakh as
something between 'Other Aslan' or 'Barbarian'.
Also would anyone know roughly what these names mean (if anything)
