Has the Army stamped out all of the competing, working LMSs that allowed
the individual schools to get their training to their soldiers? Yes. Does
ALMS work yet? No. Do soldiers go to Iraq and Afghanistan without the
necessary training because they couldn't get it off the ALMS and
consequently die there? Yes.
But I said I wouldn't pursue this.
