I had a concept a long tine ago for a solomani system that was basically a stealthed satellite you'd dump near a gas giant or planet with passive sensors and a big mass driver. It just sat there looking for ships coming in to refuel and if they didn't transmit the proper codes it'd lob a whack of 1kg objects at where it figured the ship and objects would come together based on an unchanging fueling run. I forget how fast these things were moving.
