They could more easily be posted up on the interwebs somewhere.
I'm sure this list would enjoy it. I would donate some Web space
for it, too.

Fer-de-Lance and Chrysanthemum DEs. I had gotten far enough on
the DEs to
recognize that there would be logical sub-classes based on
battery
organization and MFDs, and at least partly designed them. I think
I would
have included the Kinunirs (updated and refitted for Regency
service) and
certainly the 3000-ton Destroyer, maybe the old P.F. Sloan. I had
not
finished the list of ships it would include. I think I hoped to
maybe get
up as high as some of the old Book 9 ships, or at least the ones
that were
in Battle Rider. New turret "cans" as well.
The original plan was for me to finish writing RSG, but then we
had no one
left to get RCVG out the door, so instead of finishing design on
RSG, I
finished development/editing/typesetting of RCVG. I took RSG with
me to
Kentucky with the initial idea that it could be finished, but
that idea
got abandoned early on.
What do you mean by "light of day?" Published officially by
someone? That
doesn't seem realistic. There was nothing remotely camera ready.
I'd have
to dig it out, finish it up, write it up, it would have to be
typeset, and
that would be no small effort. And no one is supporting the TNE
rules
anyway.
