Avenger was using ComStar to publish their CT, 1201, and 1248 products until
the
Avenger license was sunset because of the Mongoose license.

After being sunset, Avenger had to work through and with Mongoose. Some of
the
Avenger products (e.g. Project Steel) that were CT-related were updated to
use MGT
and published using Mongoose's Flaming Cobra. However, none of the 1201 or
1248
products have seen the light of day through Mongoose. (Though, fortunately,
they
are included on the TNE 2 CD-ROM from FFE.) This heavily implies that
Mongoose wants
nothing to do with 1201 or 1248 stuff. Presumably because they want to stay
focused
on their 1105 setting. Considering that Mongoose appears to be greatly
hesitant to
even do the Fifth Frontier War, I expect that the Traveller timeline under
Mongoose
will never get past 1112 at the absolute farthest.
