Thanks for pointing that out. One more thing for me to try to revisit and
double-check my brain when I unearth my stuff. However, finding relevant
stuff in Challenge magazines was always difficult. On the one hand, I
thought it was important to get important new data/corrections out as
rapidly as possible, hence Challenge, but it's always easier to find if
you can compile it in a book on the topic.
