I’ve heard the story already, but I suspect every tourist visiting Norway has to try it and take one bottle home. Either Akvavit or a fjord, not sure about it, but in my understanding you Norwegians are rather attached to your fjords. Or they are to you? Never mind.
On a different note, if you ever come to Poland DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE buy Polish whiskey. We may know how to make vodka, hell, we invented vodka, but when it comes to whiskey we just don’t get it.
Anyway, you are more than welcome to drop by and I should be able to arrange a tour of some kind (cultural, architectural, historical, or just pub-style).

I am not much into beer, I am more of a single malt whisky kind a guy =0)
Preferably scottish. I got about 17 bottles here at home. And I try to buy more every time I am abroad.
But I’ll gladly serve you Norwegian beer if you like. We also have something called Linie Aquavitt which has a interesting story, which you’ll have to wait for until you come to Norway.
But for the fun of it I would like to try a few Polish ones.
