De-canonized by Marc iirc :-) Though it might be interesting to allow it with the caveat that it is unmanned and any life aboard would be killed or worse as noted. It was either created under an incorrect assumption or before the 100ton minimum hull was canon, I suspect.

Being built* on the FF&S error isn't proof of canon correctness of the size limit though :-)
I also seem to recall something in the backstory of it that there was a reason it had never been done before. So it could work as a New Era design if that was the case. Or I might just be recalling various handwaves and houserules to make it fit.
