Nuclear dampers needs some love in this game. As a defensive measure
it is both havy and powerhungry and has poorer performance than a
laser. A point defence laser may be designed with the fraction of the
mass/volume/power as a Nuclear Damper.
making the matter worse Striker II (i think it was, I am too lazy to
check) introduced ROF for nuclear dampers.
I would rule that a nuclear damper are an area weapon that attacks all
missiles in the target hex. Something that can address the networked
cluster missiles in a previous post of mine today.
