The link you gave above returns an error for me. I also would like to
know more about this technology.

In a way I would be carefull to use this in a Traveller Campaign as
they would tilt the balance TNE is buildt on unless you want to
redesign every ship published as this kind of technology is just too
good to miss. It would likely be used by most in the far future.

Depending on mission I think the space saved would be used for even
more fuel to increase the amount of G-hours available.
