In addition to the main rule book, Vampire Fleets has virus types. You can also try B.A.R.D. There are some new virus types from other players in one of the sections, can't remember which one though. also I think Path of Tears might have a section on Virus. Still running a "short campaign" in the Solomani Rim Sector and I've not cracked those books in a while.
